1. If you have wired Apple CarPlay (meaning you have to connect via USB cable), you should plug in your iPhone using the front USB port in your car. You might see a CarPlay or smartphone icon on the USB port to indicate what it’s for.
2. If you have wireless Apple CarPlay, there’s no need to plug in! Instead, press and hold the voice-command button on your steering wheel after ensuring your radio is in Bluetooth® or wireless mode. How to Add or Delete Apple CarPlay Apps

1. On your phone, go to Settings > General, and tap CarPlay.
2. Select your vehicle from the available cars.
